Website Maintenence and Support

Websites we build come with best-in-class content management tools so you can update your site easily. This ability includes editing content, adding pages, adding menu items, and adding images to content on your site. With our tools, these actions require no programming experience. Most of our clients have an administrative person in the company make their website changes.

However some clients find they prefer the freedom of dropping a request into an email and being done with it. We can do that too.

Our maintenence packages go for around $100/hour. Since we use tools that make many updates simple to do, they don't take long for us to do either. We batch all of our work for a given month into one bill that we send at the end of that month.

We generally don't offer retainer packages as the cost-for-work structure generally leads to carelessly requested changes.

We have not experienced any client dissatisfaction with our maintenence packages as the number of updates in a given hour of work time is usually very high. For months with only a small update here or there, we do not change a minumum for the month; rather, we roll that time to the next month and bill once a full hour of billable activity has occured.
